Delicious food. Definitely go for the chocolate chip pancakes. Very liberal with their coffee refills too!

My husband and I are from Summersville, WV and were driving through Petersburg looking for a good restaurant. I googled and found Sue's Country Kitchen and saw the ratings. We were not disappoimted! This place is awesome and we highly recommend it! Great food and very friendly!
I eat here often because the choices in Petersburg are so limited. Food is fine, standard fare, nothing fancy - just “meh”. The biggest issue is the place is horribly under-staffed at critical times. Too often there is only one waitress, over-worked - tables don’t get cleaned off and it can take a while to get waited on. Perhaps better analysis of peak times and adjusting staff would be helpful.
Food was not as hot as we would have liked. Home fries were over cooked. Waitress was very nice.
