They helped me get things going to settle my father's estate, but I was told several different things to get it settled. First I had to file and once 90 days had passed from the last settled claim in my dad's estate, I could close the estate and all would be finished. I had to put a bond down and was told the administration fees would come out of the bond when it was returned to me. When I filled out everything to close the estate, I was told the fees could not be deducted from the bond amount and they would have to be paid separately before the bond would be returned to me. At that time, they told me it would take 10 days to close and have the bond returned to me. Today I called to verify the fee and the amount of time it would take to close it, I was told I had to wait until the next commission meeting for the settlement to be approved. It won't be held for another 15 days. So now I've waited a little more than three years to close this estate. Words to the wise: Don't believe what they say today will still be true tomorrow.
